Type LW Brushes
The Type LW Brush is a shaft riding brush similar to the Type L and Type S brushes but substantially larger. It is intended for large power station turbines up to 500 MW and higher rating or where large shaft currents have to be grounded. Type LW brushes are also used for propeller shaft grounding on large ships.
